Easy and healthy whole grain pasta

This is my easy, healthy and yummy pasta recipe. You won't feel that you are eating pasta.. or, if you will taste whole grain pasta this is guilt free meal with balanced amount of fat&carbs.

Note - that you can substitute vegetable ingredients with whatever veggies you have in your fridge. Just don't skip spinach. You won't even feel it, but it will be there for you and your health.

You will need:
Handful of cherry tomatoes (regular will work too)
Handful of spinach
Handful of broccoli
1/4 onion
Few garlic cloves
Lean ground beef (or even better - extra lean)
100% whole grain pasta
1 table spoon of low fat Philadelphia cream cheese (but you can totally skip this one)
Salt, pepper and spices of your choice. Make it spicy or mild - your call

Sooo, lets begin!!!
Put tomatoes on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for 15 minutes or so. If you have large tomatoes than either cut them in half orrrr bake for a bit longer
Chop onion and garlic and cook it on hi heat until brownish (and until your entire kitchen will smell like tasty cooked garlic)

Add spinach and add chopped broccoli a minute later
Cook it on hi heat while broccoli is soft, green and still looks fresh and crunchy. Then put it aside in a separate bowl.
And it's meat time! Btw - ground turkey will work as good as ground beef or veal.
Add spices of your choice - salt, pepper or anything you like! A little tip. I you didn't have chance to get a lean meat and you get a lot of excess oil - just spoon it out.
While our meet is cooking, start to boil a whole grain pasta of your choice. It can be any type and any shape pasta. It can be spinach, corn or any other healthy pasta, but please - no white pasta. We all know how "healthy" it is ... Right?
Voilaa, our tomatoes are ready! Now you can smell them or taste a small piece and you will know why I asked you to bake them instead of just cook on the pan. Agree?
Soooo, our pasta is ready. Secret here is to leave some water in the saucepan. And by some I mean a LOT! That is the key to juicy pasta. So here add some Philly cream cheese and melt it in the hot water. Let it sim a bit.

And then just add cooked meat and all the above and mix it well.
How long did it take you to make this dish? Yeah, 15 minutes. You just do 3 things at once and get this easy recipe done very quick. Enjoy!
